Epiphany

Epiphany, right? When you're struck by a sudden realization, an insightful revelation, and you see things in a whole new light.

Also, primarily, the holy day that celebrates the coming of the Magi.

Epiphany was yesterday but I only just remembered today, so I rushed to post this beautiful illustration.

It's more of an oversight on my part than an epiphany, but humor me. It's cold outside and my brain's all sludgy.

Work in Progress: Kaleidoscope Flowers

One of the most popular image collections I offer is a selection of one-of-a-kind kaleidoscope designs made with vintage floral paintings and prints.

Recently I've been making new designs featuring single images, like the one posted here that's based on a botanical illustration of a fern. I call them Living Kaleidoscopes and I'll be listing a sheet of them at some vague-ish date later this year.

I love them, and hope you do too.

All images are high resolution and free for your use. Please, don't add them to digital collections for resale because it's an election year so I'm already cranky enough.  To visit my shop, click below!

2015: The Year I Didn't Die

Sorry I've been gone. Been busy getting sick, and then busy getting well. So have a picture. This one is called La Parisienne, and it comes from an early 20th century book.

All images are high resolution and free for your use. Please, don't add them to digital collections for resale because it's not nice, and it's not fair, and I've always thought of you as a nice, fair person.  To visit my shop, click below!
